Roosevelt Community Council virtual meeting July 7, 2020, 4:30 pm & Fall 2020 Football game schedule

Roosevelt HS front elevation May 30, 2020 The RCC will meet on Tuesday, July 7, 2020 at 4:30 pm via Gotomeeting. If you are not on our e-mailing list, please "contact us" for the meeting link. We meet on the first Tuesday of every month at 4:30 pm. During the school year (when the building is open) we meet at the school in Room 102, the Roosevelt history room. The game schedule for Roosevelt's football team for fall 2020 was posted on Twitter, and here it is:

No RCC meeting on 5-5-2020, SLPS 20-21 calendar info

The RCC will not meet tomorrow, May 5, 2020; perhaps we will be able to meet next month, at least virtually (if so, the meeting will be on Tuesday, June 2 at 4:30 pm).  The district's 2020-2021 calendar was approved by the Board of Education last week. School will not be resuming early, but there is a virtual summer school session being planned for all high school students in July.  The district's website message  about the 20-21 calendar is pasted in below (link:    https://www.slps.org/Domain/ 13799  ).  2020-2021 School Year Calendar At its work session on April 28, 2020, the Board of Education approved a calendar for the 2020-2021 school year. Roosevelt Community Council meeting Tuesday, March 3, 2020 at 4:30 pm

The RCC will meet on Tuesday, March 3rd (1st Tuesday) at 4:30 pm in Room 102 at the school. Link to our website's updated mission statement:    http:// rooseveltcommunitycouncil. blogspot.com/p/our-mission. html Agenda topics for Tuesday will include plans for a tour of the historic Roosevelt building at 5 pm on March 12, prior to the district's "visioning" workshop that will be held at Roosevelt at 6 pm. Roosevelt is not on the list of low-enrollment schools, by the way, but others in the area are.
