The Roosevelt Community Council ("RCC") is a community-based organization formed in 2007 to support Roosevelt High School in the City of St. Louis. The RCC is an all-volunteer organization which allows community members to support our local public high school. The RCC meets on the first Tuesday of the month at 4:30 pm. Check with us about the meeting location - may be in-person or via Zoom. (Pre-COVID, we met in Room 102 at RHS; to get there, enter through the main front doors off Hartford Street, up the big steps, go through security, then turn left to Room 102.)
The St. Louis Public Schools Foundation serves as the fiscal agent for the RCC. The Foundation holds our funds for the Scholarship, handles the fund management for the Afterschool Program we sponsor at Roosevelt High School (funded by Prop S Youth Crime Prevention Funds (a grant) from the City of St. Louis), and our general fund, which funds the Roosevelt Football Breakfasts and other supports for Roosevelt High School.
