Just received word that the Sept. 1st football game against Chaminade has been rescheduled for tomorrow, August 30, 4:30 pm, at RHS - reason - anticipated bad weather on Saturday from Tropical Storm Isaac.

We're ready for the first football breakfast this Saturday, August 25th. The game is at 1:30 pm at Roosevelt against Soldan (per Post Dispatch on-line). Admission to the games is usually $4 per person, enter the field at the corner of Compton & Wyoming (and Gravois). PS - We are still seeking monetary donations and volunteers for the breakfasts. See the July 31st  post for more info.

The Roosevelt Community Council's next meeting will be on Tuesday, August 14th, 2012 at 4:30 pm, at Roosevelt High School, 3230 Hartford Street, 63118. A parking lot is located on the Compton side of the building. The meeting will be held in the Library annex on the 2nd floor of the building. Anyone interested in working to support Roosevelt is welcome to attend.
